Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping — Lebanon

All orders within Lebanon are delivered within 3–5 business days from the day you approve your design. Delivery is handled by our own courier network.

Free shipping on orders above $50. Orders below $50 carry a flat delivery fee displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. International orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days from design approval, and DHL delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 business days depending on your location.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Le Métallier has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Processing

Your order is processed in the following steps: you place your order and upload your image, text, or design at checkout. We prepare a design preview and send it to you on WhatsApp the next business day. You review, request any changes, and approve. Once approved, your piece is laser-cut, finished, and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Tracking

All orders — domestic and international — include tracking. You will receive your tracking number on WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us on WhatsApp and we will investigate with our delivery partner immediately.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will apply.
