At Le Métallier, every piece is custom-made specifically for you — laser-cut from recycled steel based on your approved design. Because of the personalised nature of our products, all custom orders are considered final sale once the design has been approved and production has begun.
Design Approval Process
Before any steel is cut, we send you a design preview on WhatsApp for your approval. You may request changes at this stage at no additional cost. Once you approve the design, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellations Before Design Approval
If you wish to cancel your order before your design preview has been sent, contact us on WhatsApp and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If you wish to cancel after the design preview has been sent but before you have approved it, contact us on WhatsApp and we will issue a full refund.
Returns — Defective or Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your approved design, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us a photo of the issue on WhatsApp and we will either produce a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
To be eligible for a return or replacement under this policy, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made pieces that match the approved design are not eligible for return or refund, as each piece is produced to order and cannot be resold.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Bulk and B2B Orders
For bulk orders (25+ units) and business orders, cancellation and refund terms are agreed upon at the time of quoting. Contact us for details.
